Minimum data required

We only ask you for the minimum data required to provide you with a high-quality service. Your personal data is kept in an on-shore Amazon Web Services instance, completely separate to the AI tool that edits the content

A more ethical AI

We use AI services provided by Anthropic. We chose Anthropic after assessing their performance against other models, as well as their commitment to upholding human rights and reducing harms

Your data is never used to train an AI

Your inputs won't be added to the training dataset for an AI model. You can be confident that your content won't show up in another customer's edits

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, monthly plans can cancelled any time. Your cancellation will take effect after the last day in your current billing cycle.

Cancelling is easy – simply log in to your account and delete your subscription.

How does the free trial work?

If you sign up to a Standard or Team plans you will automatically receive a free 7-day trial. You will need a credit card to sign up. Cancel any time within the 7-day trial period and we won't charge your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Team and Enterprise plans have the option of monthly and annual invoicing.

Is my credit card information secure?

We use Stripe as our PCI certified payment gateway provider. We will never see or save your credit details.
